Halladay’s other businesses include TechWyse Internet Marketing, an internet marketing agency that provides SEO, social media, and web design services to small businesses; and Rival IQ, a software company that provides social media analytics tools to help businesses track their performance against competitors.

In this interview, he talks about his entrepreneurial journey, the importance of feedback in the product development process, and the advantages of using social media for marketing.

He also offers some advice to aspiring entrepreneurs, including the need to be patient and persistent while pursuing a new business idea.

Since launching Solidify in 2011, Halladay has become an expert on product feedback and user experience.

According to him, getting feedback is critical for any software product because, “the needs of users are constantly changing, and what they want from a product today may be different than what they wanted a year ago or even six months ago.”

In order to get valuable feedback, Justin Halladay recommends engaging with users early and often, both during and after the development process.

One of the advantages of using social media for marketing is that it allows businesses to reach a large audience with relatively little effort.

Halladay notes that, while social media can be a great way to promote a product or service, it’s important to use it strategically.

For example, he recommends using targeted ads on Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as creating content that is relevant to the product or service being promoted.

When asked about his biggest lesson learned as an entrepreneur, Halladay says that patience is key.

While there might be times when you feel like giving up, it’s important to keep going and not give up until your business has succeeded.
