For over two decades, Randal Nardone has been well-known as one of the key decision-makers at Fortress Investment Group. This has chiefly as the Co-Founder, Principal and eventual CEO of the investment firm. Throughout that time, Randal Nardone’s reputation as a skilled leader has only grown within the industry. After co-founding the company in 1998, he’s helped lead the company to become a giant within the industry, managing billions of dollars in assets with quite a range of different companies. Before this, however, Randal Nardone has also worked with quite a few different companies, which helped him gain the skills and expertise that helped him grow Fortress once it was established.

Perhaps one of the most notable of these was with UBS, where he served as Managing Director for a year. With this expertise, he was able to bring a variety of skills to the table with Fortress Investment. Since then, he’s held quite a few different roles in the company, as well as its subsidiaries. Some of the most significant of these include the likes of Director of New Fortress Energy, Principal of Fortress Credit Corporation and much more. Since 1998, Randal Nardone has helped grow the company into an investment behemoth, which gained the attention of quite a few different companies over the years. This led to the company having a few historical firsts in the industry, such as being floated on the New York Stock Exchange and more.

This eventually led to Fortress Investment being purchased by the SoftBank Group, with Randal Nardone noting that the partnership would be beneficial for both companies. That’s not to say that Nardone hasn’t worked with a few other notable companies during his career. He’s held key positions with a considerable number of different businesses. These have included being a Partner at Thacher Proffitt & Wood, Director of Alea Group Holdings Bermuda and as a Non-Executive Director of Mapeley Limited. Throughout this time, Randal Nardone has made a significant impact on each of these roles. With each role, he’s helped each of these companies capitalize on their target market, while also helping to increase overall revenues and profits.
